These terms cover this website and the Faithless Christianity Texts messaging program.

1. Agreement

This website and the Faithless Christianity Texts program are operated by Faithless Christianity, Inc. ("Faithless Christianity", "we", "us"). By using the website or signing up for texts, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Text messaging terms

Program

Faithless Christianity Texts is a recurring text message program from Faithless Christianity, Inc. Subscribers receive a daily Bible verse and a short reflection to support their prayer practice, plus occasional updates about Faithless Christianity and what we are building.

How you sign up

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up page. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Expect up to 2 messages per day.

Cost

We do not charge for the texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more messages unless you sign up again.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, live in the United States, and be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you sign up with. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP first or tell us so we can remove it.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Not professional advice

Faithless Christianity shares one person's testimony, scripture, and reflections. It is offered for encouragement and is not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a pastor, a counselor, or a doctor. If you are in crisis in the United States, call or text 988.

4. Our content

The writing, videos, design, and marks on this website belong to Faithless Christianity, Inc. or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links and short quotes. Please do not copy or resell our content without asking first.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or the texting program. That includes signing up a number that is not yours, trying to break or overload the service, or using it to harass anyone.

6. No warranties

The website and the texts are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Faithless Christianity, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the texting program.
